Directions our Office from the North

  • Take 219 South to Ebensburg / Hollidaysburg Exit (Route 22)
  • Follow Route 22 East to Ebensburg / Loretto Exit
  • Right from ramp to Stoplight at Lake Rowena
  • Right at the light, go approximately 1 mile (look for Laurel Crest Manor on the right)
  • Continue on Manor Drive 100 yds past Laurel Crest
  • Turn Right at sign for Authority
  • Straight back road, look for CCSWA marquis sign

Note: Textbook and other recycling events are held in the lot below the office.
To enter lot, turn right at office and continue down the road to the entrance to the lot.
