1. Cut the hook from a wire hanger. Straighten and bend into a loop. Join with tape or by wrapping the wire around itself.
2. Cut plastic grocery bags into strips 1 inch wide by 4 inches long.
3. Tie individual bag strips to the wire using a single knot.
4. Push knots closely together and alternate the direction of the tag ends.
5. Completely cover the wire hanger.

To hang the wreath, either hang on a nail as is, or attach a bit of yard or string.
Decorate with artificial flowers, berries, or any decoration you like for a personal touch!
