On November 15, 2005, 'TEAMS' teachers from Northern Cambria Elementary Middle School kicked off their own in-school recycling program in a very big way. Students from K-8 were treated to a day of games and activities geared towards preparing them for upcoming recycling in their school. Here are some pictures from that great day:

CCSWA Education Coordinator Tim Dull introduced the day's events with a short speach at the beginning of teach period.
Younger students used common household items to make some really great crafts projects throughout the day.
Benjabin got the crowd all worked up for recycling. He had a really great time that day!
Lots of students, lots of crats, and lots of help! Everything went very smoothly as up to 100 students did crafts at the same time!
Older students participated in many games, including Mr. Dull's Recycling Relay Race.
With all of the help from teachers and High School Students, America Recycles Day 2005 at NC was a great success!!

A big thanks to the TEAMS teachers, staff, and helpers from NC High School for making this America Recycles Day one to remember! It's always a pleasure to help out a school who is starting up a new recycling program. All of the students had a really great time, and so did we!

Way to recycle, NC!!
